  • you are a new client looking to book your first free 15-minute consultation or,

Free Consultation

Let's see if we're a good fit for each other.

I offer free 15-minute consultations to discuss your goals for therapy and what I can offer you. Feel free to schedule a free 15-minute consultation appointment with me, or contact me with your availability. This initial consultation is a great opportunity for new patients to ask any questions they have about therapy before getting started.

Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy tailored specifically to you. That addresses your specific needs and your specific concerns.

Individual psychotherapy involves working together to address your goals and challenges. The first session is the intake meeting, and we will spend this time getting to know each other and discussing your goals. I will ask you questions about your background and any current safety concerns to gain an understanding of the context of what you would like support with and how to best serve you. During subsequent sessions, individuals typically discuss the highs and lows of the week or other topics they want to discuss, and I may invite you to work on the themes you discussed using different strategies. It is always your choice about what you would like to work on and which methods you would like to try.

**I can submit receipts to your PPO insurance for reimbursement for your sessions

Group Therapy

Sometimes support comes from realizing you're not alone.

Group Psychotherapy is therapy presented within a group of people. Usually there is a particular theme for the group, such as individuals mourning the loss of a parent. Participants gain support from a psychotherapist and other members of the group. Group psychotherapy can be very helpful because members will not only gain support from a therapist, but also from each other. It helps them learn that there are others with similar challenges so they don't feel alone, and members of the group can provide different perspectives that they may not have considered. I can create groups that incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and Expressive Arts Therapy. Please let me know if you are interested in group therapy, and I can create a group for you. Examples of themes for groups may be:

  • High Sensitivity

  • Anxiety

  • Grief
